(1) Follow signs toward I-195 West
(2) Take I-195 West about 4 miles to I-95 North (via Exit 4A)
(3) After about 2 miles, take I-695 North (Baltimore Beltway Inner Loop)
(4) After 17 miles, exit onto I-83 North (you should see signs for York, PA)
(5) After 44 miles, take Exit 21B, onto Route 30 WEST (Arsenal Road)
(6) At the first light/intersection, turn right onto N. George Street, at Hardee’s.
(7) Almost immediately, turn right onto State Street. The Wingate is at the top of the hill.
